with.Well, Fatal Smile is a cool new hard rock outfit from Stockholm, Sweden,
and they don't sound like every band you've heard before, but then again
they sound familiar.Taking the format of 80s hard rock and giving it a touch
of modern style and production, Fatal Smile come up with a winning combination.The oddly named guitarist
Y Unutmaz, along with bassist Markus Johansson and drummer Robin Lagerqvist
are the tightest unit I've heard in a really long time, and they've honed
their sound into something very exciting and interesting.Practically every
song is distinct, and there are quite a few awesome tracks like the infectious
and experimental sounding opener "Bad Kharma," the jammin' "Xcuse Me," the
chanter "Crush On U," the slightly progressive "Circle Of Fire," and the
excellent closer "No Love." |
