Heroes - Gallows, The Horrors, Radiohead, Interpol, Dinosaur Jr (an utterly triumphant return to the fray from J, Lou and Murph.... thumbup.gif )

Villains - Razorlight, the NME (for their utterly detestable stitch-up of Morrissey, and just for generally being complete sh!tehawks...)

well the bordom that is Razorlightm like totally!!! but i think the NME is alright (if you keep that thought in the back of your mind that they might over-hype things and in a few years your left with a lot of $h!t) much better than Q magazine which seems to be aimed at clueless American stadium - arena - rock - fans (yeah you - gotta - put - all - those - hypens - in - there - q!!!!????)

On the other hand I'd cite Razorlight as heroes in 2007 for barely doing anything - let's hope they keep it that way.

Heroes - Warp Records, Last.fm, Connect Festival organisers
Villains - The NME, T in the Park organisers

Heroes = CSS wub.gif
Villains = Hoosiers - nothing more than McFly with a veneer of "credible band" so Radio 1 will play them. Why is the lead singer's face so annoying as well?

Its like a bad Ben Stiller film, over and over again laugh.gif but at least we hope that the guilty pleasures pop crazy will have f***ed off my 2009
