| Williams' uncle also formed a group called the Spiritual QC's in 1962 (QC's standing for "qualified Christian singers"), and when this outfit broke up in 1968, Williams took the name for his own group at the time, in which he also played lead guitar.Although the Spiritual QC's toured off and on over the last three decades of the 20th century, it wasn't until the '90s that their music was documented extensively.Army and worked as a truck driver.Through connections with their friends the Gospel Four, the Spiritual QC's entered the studio to record their first CD, Jesus Is Alive and Well, in 1996; members of the Gospel Four provided instrumental support, and their lead singer George Dean produced the record.By this time, Al Hollis' son Patrick had joined the group as a drummer."Are you sure you want to delete this comment?"Be safe and see ya soon...For a child is born to us, a son is given to us.His ever expanding, peaceful government will never end.We serve an incredible God who deserves an incredible praise!Lord we sure can rejoice that we are not what we used to be!My God, you know what some of us used to be and we thank you that we are not that anymore for you said in your word that if any man be in Christ he is a new creature old things are passed away and all things are become new.Strengthen us where we are weak and build us up on every leaning side.In Jesus mighty name we pray, amen.Hi Lee Williams

good about it, so we worked it out with our own spin on it.He had an uncle in a quartet called the Gospel Stars that was popular in and around Tupelo.When he was only seven, Lee and his three older brothers formed their own quartet, listening to and replicating the songs they heard their elders singing.It was that same uncle who formed the first Spiritual QC's, which included Lee's brother
