182,972 plays scrobbled on Last.Machine Men is a Finnish Heavy Metal band inspired by bands such as Iron Maiden, Ozzy Osbourne, and Queensryche.Jarno Parantainen, and Jani Noronen who played Iron Maiden covers at that time.In winter Antony, Eero, and Jarno had to serve their general military duty for the Finnish army which caused a 6 month pause for the band.Machine Men signed a contract with the Finnish label Dynamic Art Records.Are you Machine Men?They have been confirmed for Wacken Open Air '08.Wounds was great, I wish they'd stayed with the honest Iron Maiden fellation approach...Leverage kick arse, Tarot ,Astral Doors and Kilpi are great bands too (Kilpi sounds a little generic though).By the way, I've obviously never heard of any of the similar artists listed (except of course BRUCE 'KIN DICKINSON) so has anyone heard them?Do they sound even remotely as good as Machine Men or are they just from the same area or something lame?Glad to see almost 5000 people share a common interest with this band...Wounds and Machine Men albums, and they're just good.What's the deal with ShOadow Gallery?Great band and Circus of Fools is their best album so far, but this pic really sux :) Previous one was better.Pleeeeeeease make sure that the names of the tracks are right.Wounds is one of the best heavy metals albums of all time for me, if not THE BEST.Official Fan Club site url changed to www.Originality doesn't mean that the music is good.The new one was such a disappointment.Then again, most of 'Elegies' sucked pretty hard too.Official Fan Site at www.If You Want To Get Ahead, Get An Audioscrobbler. |
