a9AdsViewNamespace.His faux Jamacian accent is really strained...I'm left a disappointed listener..."Thanks for the valuable feedback you provided to other Amazon.Thing is, everything else on Sean Kingston's debut album is pretty much...Thus, my expectations for some massively awesome fusion between Sean Paul, 50's pop bands and a fat Nelly were shattered with one listen to Sean Kingston."Beautiful Girls" the rest of the album gets annoying and sterile sounding quick.Thats pretty much what Sean Kingston has going for him on the entire album."Me Love" is a decent song and is already getting geared up to be the next single, but even thats too annoying to give Kingston another successful single.Sean Kingston is entirely devoid of anything that makes a pop album worth listening to; even the catchy stuff is so wrapped up in the absolute fakeness that its hard to take seriously.Its the jam of the summer, and is a certifiable hit that'll likely be at the top of the list for the 2007 section of Remembering the 00's.Just forget about the album and you'll never have to be bothered with more of the same tiresome trash.Was this review helpful to you?Sean Kingston (Kisean Anderson) is rather cute, he doesn't look like the average singer.He's from Florida but his family is Jamaican and it's said that his uncle is Buju Bunton, Kingston himself uses both American and Jamaican accent.On his debut album he hooks up with producer Jonathan Rotem that produces most of the album.The sound is a mix between reagge, hip hop, doo woop and dancehall.There are 13 songs and a bonus remix of "Colours".With artists like this the real question is who paved the way for him.Only want this for one song:
I have read alot of bad reviews for Sean Kingston's work, as a matter of fact maybe one out of all of them was good and that is kinda sad.All you naysayers are deluded.Sean Kingston really nailed it on this CD.To be honest I downloaded this album 1st not expecting too much but it shocked me.It's very good
