| Who Are the Chesterfield Kings?Living Eye label, the Chesterfield Kings main objective has always been to record their own
collectible garage 45's.Kings
not only have achieved their goal, but in the process became the pioneers of the then flourishing garage
rock revival, and continue to this day to raise the bar on the once again reborn scene.With a partnership spanning over 25 years, the song writing nucleus of Greg Prevost and Andy Babiuk
have led the Kings through a dozen LPs, countless singles and a trail of legendary live performances,
then and still now, the stuff of legend.In September of 2000 the Kings premiered their full length feature film Where is the Chesterfield King?The Chesterfield Kings have performed and recorded with many legendary figures including:
Bo Diddley, Johnny Thunders, Jorma Kaukenon, Mark Lindsay, Dee Dee Ramone, Stiv Bators and

The Kings love of music and 60's culture stretches far outside of the band.Greg Prevost is a world
renowned 60's record and television show collector and also writes his own fanzine Outasite.Roll hall of fame as well
as consultant for many of the major auction houses in London.The Chesterfield Kings' Let's Go Get Stoned (1994).The band, named after a defunct brand of unfiltered cigarette, was instrumental in sparking the 1980s garage band revival.The Heard's 1967 "Exit 9".Their first broader public exposure came when a track on Shaw's 1981 Bomp Records compilation Battle of the Garage netted them a series of dates at the Peppermint Lounge in New York City.Here are the Chesterfield Kings, 1982 was entirely covers, while and Stop!Where is the Chesterfield King?As of 2006, the Chesterfield Kings are engaged in a lawsuit with Armand Schaubroeck, owner of House of Guitars, over nonpayment of royalties records released on Mirror Records from 1984 through 1997.In the suit, they are represented by lawyer Paul Nunes, who has played keyboards on several of their albums.Line up
