405,968 plays scrobbled on Last.Based outside Glasgow, Scotland, The Twilight Sad formed in late 2003.In September 2005, they wrote four songs they thought gave a relatively good perspective of the band, and went into a local studio to record them, producing it themselves.Thinking that the CD they came out with showed little more than some kind of raw potential, they posted it down to FatCat as a demo.May the band came down to Brighton to meet the label and played on the bill of a FatCat night on the pier alongside The Mutts, Charlottefield, The Rank Deluxe, and fellow Glasgow band, Frightened Rabbit.New album is on the way.At least that is what I have heard from the band's blogs and interviews.I'm kind of lost, a good initiative though.Hope they come back to the states.Divine music, I fly in heavens.EP off Amazon market place...EP any different to the album versions?Roberto88: You're not, because they've cancelled due illness.They're just indie awesome.Saw them in Oslo in august, and are looking forward to see them again in december.The best record I've heard in years...Expecting big things from it.Under The Radar a few weeks ago, and when you subscribe you get to choose from a list of cd's.And, as Pitchfork writer Marc Hogan

are train rides and long walks to nowhere that offer plenty of time to think.But the Twilight Sad know how to use dynamic range to advance the plot.Twilight Sad uses the guitar as another kind of yell.If one were to consider only the widescreen sound while scanning the
titles, you might think the Twilight Sad were overwrought and sappy, another
example of a band overly concerned with childhood, too young to know how good
